When we went to Fullsteam I tried to explain to you (and did a really bad job at it) that everything is a balancing act. You can train all the time, spend every waking moment doing exactly what you should, eating what you should, but that's no way to live. It'll just make you tired and burnt out and kill the joy. So there have to be some weeks where you recover and hang loose.

But you really, really suck at balance, I have to say. It seems like most of the time you're all, or nothing, I don't think you're alone in that at all (particularly not when I look at my workout schedule) but its a process. Hopefully with a little more practice you'll be able to figure out how to hang out more in the middle rather than the extremes all the time.

Cheers Mark! You did exactly what you were supposed to do after finishing the 100 like you did. Nice Race!! Acting like a typical college student is FUN and life should be FUN in my opinion. Keep running happy and better yet keep sharing as you motivate us all to Run Happy!
