		<description><![CDATA[133... wowzers... that&#039;s getting up there with the elites! So, *now* do you feel like you did something? Haha. It is humorous how our non-runner mothers get conditioned. A few weeks ago, I was feeling terrible and cut my 20 down to 16. When I told my mom this, she said, &quot;That&#039;s it for your long run?&quot; Haha.

That would actually be a good way to start off a long run, do 26 during a race so I only have to worry about logistics for about 40 miles, something I think I can handle (we&#039;ll find out Saturday). 		<description><![CDATA[I know, right?!? The shit in the woods thing is indeed commonplace now. 
The slump is multifaceted and has been fostered by a vast array of things that are not for &#039;public consumption&#039; . . . Can share with you at another point . . .  but the end result is this: my running has been severly affected.  I am running 6 days a week but my time and distance has been cut down due to things beyond my control.

All I know is that I want the joy and feeling of &#039;mental tumbleweeds&#039; back when I run . . . I love that! I want it sooooo bad! Plus, I want to be able to run some ultras this year so badly and I am so scared that this slump is going to be a major setback :-/
